From July 8 to 13, the city of Matosinhos, Portugal, hosted one of the world’s top beach tennis tournaments — and Mormaii was right at the heart of it.
As the official sports brand of the Sand Series Matosinhos, Mormaii marked a major step in its European expansion. The event brought together the top athletes in the sport for an intense week of high-level competition, international visibility, and a celebration of the beach tennis lifestyle.
Mormaii’s presence went far beyond sponsorship. On-site, the brand led multiple activations — supplying all official court equipment, including the tournament’s official ball, launching an exclusive store, and offering product testing experiences for fans. The goal: to deliver the full Mormaii experience, blending performance, innovation, and lifestyle on the sand.
On the courts, Mormaii athletes brought power and purpose. Representing Brazil, Vitória Marchezini (currently ranked #3 in the world), four-time world champion Vini Font, and Nicole Crispino showed up with world-class energy. Joining them were Portuguese athletes Martim Sousa, the current national #1, and Débora Madile, a three-time national champion.
